Ages 13-Adult. Explore the art of Japanese Taiko drumming with us! We will practice basic rhythms, vocal expression, and physical movement through “Michinoku,” a song composed in remembrance of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake. No prior taiko or music experience is required—all are welcome! We will provide taiko (drums), and you can borrow, bring, or purchase your own pair of bachi (wooden drum sticks).
