Description: This outdoor shelter has standing capacity of 20. Rental does not guarantee specific number of picnic tables as they are not mounted. Fees: Refundable event bond/deposit $100, COA Resident $100, Non-COA Resident $150. Optional: Special Usage fee of $50 for Amplified sound/DJ, Portable toilets (COA does not supply), Generator (additional fees will apply). Amenities include: RESTROOMS. Parking: LOT, OFF STREET. NOTE: Inflatables/bounce houses/moonwalks/dunk-tanks are prohibited.
