Description: Party Reservations (birthday, sports groups, scouts, family reunion) Reservations are available 5/24/2025 to 8/10/2025 Reservation rental block options: Saturday and Sunday 10am - 12pm Includes picnic tables around the leisure pool area Includes admission for 20 people (youth and adults) Max party capacity is: 40 participants (youth and adults) If party plans to have more than 20 people, you may purchase additional discounted advance admissions at time of check-out for participants 21 to 40. Advance discounted rate is $5.00 per person. If you do not purchase the advance admission, participants will pay the regular daily admission rate the day of the reservation. Regular daily admission fees can be found here: https://bouldercolorado.gov/facility-entry-fees No Alcohol beverages, Glass containers, Confetti, or piñata's allowed.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
A group reservation cancellation request received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled rental date, a full refund may be requested and given less the $15 administration processing charge. A group reservation cancellation request received less than two weeks prior to the scheduled rental date, a refund may be requested and given less 50 percent the cost of the rental. After seven days, fees will not be refunded. A group reservation cancellation request received at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, a $15 processing fee will be assessed. A group reservation cancellation request received within seven days of the reservation date will not be accepted.

Fees:
Resident - $200.00 Non-Resident - $250.00 *Advanced admission entrance fee - $5.00 a person *Reservation rental fee includes 20 daily admissions. At time of checkout, you may pay an advanced admission entrance fee for participants, 21 to max capacity of 40 participants. Refunds will not be given for admissions paid for in advance. Additional admissions may be purchased the day of your visit at our normal daily rate. All fees must be paid prior to the rental.
Group Rental Information:
Arrival: 1. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and confirm your reservation and party space. 2. An aquatics staff member will meet you and lead you to your space. 3. Swimmers under the age of 12 that want to use the deep-water area (diving board, drop slide and rock wall) must take a swim test. 4. Swimmers that want to use the slides must be 48” tall. Age and Ratios: Ages 5 and under – must be accompanied in water by an adult 16 years or older within arm’s reach. The child to adult ratio is 3/1. Ages 6 and older- must be observed from the deck or in the water by an adult 16 years or older. All non- swimmers must stay within arm’s reach of an adult. The child to adult ratio is 10/1. Safety Breaks (Scott Carpenter Only): The pool is cleared for 10 min and swim tests are conducted at the 50 min mark of every hour (for example: 11:50a, 12:50p, 1:50p, etc.). This is a perfect time to reapply sunscreen, go to the bathroom, and drink some water. Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are allowed in the pool away from the water. No glass or alcohol allowed in the facility. Small cakes and ice cream can be stored in the refrigerator in the Aquatics office.

Weather and Other Closures:
This image cannot be displayed.Staff reserve the right to close facility or clear the pool for weather or other circumstances. Please see our weather and other closure policies: If due to inclement weather or mechanical reasons the pool must be closed during your group reservation- you may receive a partial refund or passes. If the pool did not open for the day or during your group reservation due inclement weather or mechanical reason – transferring your rental to another date or time or a full refund will be issued.
