Description

Improve your overall health in this rigorous hatha flow-based class. We will work from the feet up for a full body workout. As you strengthen the body-you will strengthen the mind! There will also be added focus on deep breath work. All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered to make each pose accessible to everyone.
Please bring your own mat and optional 2 - 3 lb. weights.
