Description

The Canon City Area Recreation and Park District offers a track and field program for area youth in the summer. Both boys and girls ages 5 to 14 may join the District's track team. Conditioning, proper fundamentals of running, field event techniques, and team involvement will all be emphasized. Children will have an opportunity to participate in CARA track meets at no additional cost.

Practices are always on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Citizens' Stadium at 5:30 pm. If there are any make-up dates scheduled the instructor will notify you.

The fee includes entry into CARA track meets.
