FREE Dance Fit Class!

Join Charlotte Ballet Academy, in partnership with Charlotte Shout, for a FREE Dance Fit Class in First Ward Park from 1 - 2PM on Sunday, April 6th! This class is open to the public for ages 16+.

Dance Fit is a follow-along, ALL levels, dance cardio fitness class! Participants can expect body weight and resistance band work. Come ready to shake, sweat, and let go! Please bring a yoga mat, sneakers, and a water bottle.
