Description
Curious about ducks? Observe the unique habits of migratory waterfowl of winter at the tidal wetlands in Point of Rocks Park with an educator on this midwinter hike. Stroll through the woods of Point of Rocks and out on to the boardwalk to observe birds such as blue heron, gadwall, pintail, and ringneck ducks.
Bring your own binoculars and bird identification booklets - limited pairs of binoculars will be available for use. Meet at R. Garland Dodd Park at Point of Rocks, in the second parking lot on the loop in front of the playground. Transportation not included.
