REFUND POLICY

The City will issue a refund, less 30% for processing, if a refund is made prior to the first class date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THE FIRST CLASS. Payments made by cash or check will be receive a refund in the form of a check and will be mailed within two to three weeks after request. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card within one to two weeks after request.

CITY PHOTO/VIDEO POLICY
Please note that from time to time City representatives may photograph or video record activities of City Programs and/or events and participants. By registering and/or attending City classes and events, you are authorizing the City of Downey to use or publish any photographs or videos taken by the City showing your participation or your child/children's to promote classes and or events on the City's website, future publications of the Experience Downey and/or flyers unless you otherwise decline.
