Description

This class is for the player who wants to improve on their ball control and take their game to the next level. Some basic skills work but much of the class will be devoted to learning more advanced skills like hitting, hand setting, side out strategies, and defense. We’ll also do some speed, jump and cardio training. You must be able to pass and serve consistently to enter this class. After drills/skills, all levels have open play. You'll meet great people, and get in a workout.
