Coed Beach 4x4 Flag Football League (Team Registration)

Coed 4v4 beach flag football is back!

Games are played with two 20 minute halves and minimum 1 female on the field with alternating male and female quarterbacks.

Each team must have a minimum of 1 female player per team with a maximum of 8 players on the team's roster. 4 players on the field at any one time.

Registration is offered as a team or as an individual.
