I understand that Concord Parks & Recreation, its staff, facilities and instructors will not be held responsible for any injury or loss that might occur in the course of the program. The department reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to enrollment, weather or other situations that are deemed necessary. Photographs may be taken during the program which may be available for departmental use. By registering for this program, I agree to release and hold harmless the City of Concord and its staff from any and all claims for personal injury, property loss or any other loss that may arise out of or during participation in this program.
