The City of Conroe is proud to announce the return of Conroe United Youth Soccer that began in the Fall of 2018. The emphasis will be on skill development, fun and fair play. Games will be played on Saturdays at Conroe's Carl Barton, Jr. Park soccer fields. Teams will practice once per week for younger players, and have the option of a second weekly practice for older players. The season will have 8 games. Jerseys will be provided, players must provide their own shorts, socks, and shin guards. Team equipment is provided. All coaches will be volunteer, preferably parents. Coaches must pass a background check and attend a volunteer orientation and coaches training. This program is recreational by design and will not have or charge for professional trainers. All players will be required to attend a skill evaluation to assist staff and volunteers to create equitable teams.
