Description

This program will teach your young athlete new skills and new movement patterns. The 7 to 11 program is conducted in one hour and fifteen minute sessions and designed to introduce and reinforce foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.

The curriculum places a high priority on technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of efficient and essential movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of high level activity.
