Coastal Trip to Coronado-Trips for Kids Ride

Come cruise alongside the Coronado Bay with us on Monday, January 15th, 2024!

This is a FREE experience for youth ages 10-17. There will be a mandatory meetup for all participants on Thursday, January 11th from 3:30pm-5:00pm Location TBD

We will talk about the anatomy of a bike, go over bike riding safety, get bikes and helmets fitted, and test out our rides to ensure our participants are set and ready to roll on Monday!

About our ride...

We will cruise down the Coronado Bayshore Bikeway, for an out and back ride with sweeping views of the ocean on one side and the San Diego Bay on the other. Our ride will be on mostly flat dedicated bike lanes with hardly any car traffic.

Trip Day Itinerary:

Depart Indio Community Center @8:00a.m.

Arrive at Coronado Bayshore Bikeway. Address: TBD

Ride alongside Silver Strand via Coronado Bayshore Bikeway

Lunch at the park

Arrive Indio Community Center @4:00p.m.
