Description

Dias de los Muertos is a lively celebration of life and the memory of family members. Join us to learn about this tradition with music, crafts, and treats. This program will be virtual on Zoom. Supplies will be provided at a contactless pick-up at Edison Johnson Recreation Center on 10/29/20.

This activity will take place virtually online using Zoom.

  • Please download the Zoom App on your phone, tablet, or computer prior to the date of the program. This can be done form Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or from the Zoom website - Click Here. Please note that this is a free app.
  • It is recommended that users create a Zoom account, but not required. There is No cost to create a zoom account.
  • Once you have registered DPR staff will email a link to join the Zoom meeting to the e-mail address provided on your City of Durham account at least 3 days prior to the start of the program.
  • You will need to use this Zoom link to join the meeting on the scheduled day/time.
  • You can either save the calendar invite to your device or mark it on your (physical) calendar so you remember when to join.
  • When you join the meeting you will first be placed in a waiting room. When the instructor is ready to start the program you will be admitted into the meeting.
