Learn about bird anatomy and identification -- including bird calls -- and how to use binoculars and field guides. Visit scouting.org for badge description and requirements. Ages 11 - 17. To register by phone instead, call 630-942-6200.
Prerequisites: Complete requirements 5, 7 and 9 and turn them in on the day of the program.

Fullersburg Woods is located on Spring Road 0.5 miles south of 31st Street and 0.5 miles north of York Road. Follow the signs to the Annex Building.
Bring water and your merit badge blue card. (A certified merit badge counselor will sign it after you complete the program.) Dress for the weather with closed-toed shoes and long pants.
Prerequisites: Complete requirements 5, 7 and 9 and turn them in on the day of the program.
