Description

Parents' Night Out:
Parents' Night Out is a 4-hour evening of supervised play filled with lots of fun games and activities designed to keep kiddos happy and entertained while guardians enjoy a fun night out. There are limited spots available, so make sure you register as soon as possible. You may register for one or as many as you like!

MineCRAFT and Arts: Parent Night Out!

Join us for a night of block-building fun and creativity at Minecraft and Kids Pixel Art! While parents enjoy some time to themselves, kids will dive into the pixelated world of Minecraft and create their own pixel art masterpieces. From crafting unique designs to building their favorite Minecraft characters, it's a night full of imagination and hands-on creativity. Perfect for young gamers and artists alike, this event is sure to be a blast! Let the kids unleash their inner builders while you take a break!

Details:
Ages: 3-10 years old
Children must be potty-trained.
Member: $15fee/per child
NonMember: $25 fee/per child
4:45pm-8:45pm in the KidsPlay Center
*Ages/Hours/Fees may vary per event

Parents' Night Out Activities Include:
  • Climbing Wall
  • Themed Activities/Games
  • Arts/Crafts
  • Indoor/Outdoor Playground
  • Movie Time
  • Snack Time
Snacks:
A light snack and will be provided. Please bring a reusable water bottle, labeled with your child's name. Dinner is not provided. You may provide a packed dinner and/or additional snacks. Please be courteous of childhood allergies.

Themes:
The theme for Parents' Night Out for each event is planned by our staff to be fun, creative, and unique! We encourage your child to dress in their favorite outfit or costume that goes along with the theme.

Cancellations:
Activity fees are nonrefundable. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event, a credit note will be placed on your account to attend another event. Please send an email for a cancellation to jwcolon@gptx.org, do not leave a voicemail.

Parents' Night Out Behavior Expectation

All participants will be expected to abide by the following:

Children:
1) Be Kind.
2) Be Respectful.
3) Follow the Rec Aides' directions.

Parents:
1) Be Kind.
2) Be Respectful.
3) Be on time to pick up your child.
4) Have a backup plan if you become unable to pick up your child, contact staff immediately.

Staff will encourage and assist children in following the rules. All children will be treated with kindness and respect. The rules are in place to protect the safety of all children in the program. Staff reserve the right to dismiss a child from the activity, parents must pick up the child within one hour. There are no refunds/credits give for any reason.

*** Please be aware that PNO event age requirements will vary per session. Some sessions will be age specific.
***Please email me directly if your child has allergies or food exemptions.
***Please pack extra snacks if needed.
***Please pack wipes and clothes for spills or accidents.

Staff reserve the right to refuse pickup, if the staff have reason to doubt the safety of the child(ren).
