Memory Cafe

Memory Café: Hopkins Activity Center is excited to offer a monthly Memory Café for individuals with dementia and their care partners to engage in peer and community connections in a supportive, safe and comfortable setting. Our goal is to promote social engagement and peer support who are experiencing similar lifestyle changes due to a diagnoses of dementia. Leading the café is Arlen Solem from Emerald Crest by Cassia. Coffee is free at the Activity Center and Snacks are donated by Emerald Crest of Minnetonka. The Memory Café is free to all attendees, registration is preferred to allow us to plan for needed supplies and accommodations.
