Magnus Chess Club and Team Before School

We’re taking chess club to the next level! Now have the option to do Chess Club or this new Chess Club and Team. During Chess Club, time is divided between lessons and practice games. Lessons range from the basic rules to advanced strategies. During the second "team hour," there's a focus on preparing for tournaments, solving puzzles, and playing tournament-style games. All chess supplies provided. Receive a ChessKid Gold Membership with the program. The after-school sections will meet one day a week for two hours, and the before school section will meet two days a week for one hour. This rate includes the base Chess Club plus a second hour.
