Back by popular demand, one more time! Chef Ravi’s most popular class that has hosted hundreds of students. It’s a must for Indian food lovers, and all beginners. Make brown onion masala sauce, makhani and korma sauce -- all very common sauces used in Indian restaurants. Use these three sauces to recreate veggie masala (brown onion sauce), butter chicken (with the makhani sauce) and eggplant and corn korma (with the korma sauce). Tasting portions is served with cumin rice, naan, pickle and papad. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Students may purchase a pre-measured organic spice kit that includes turmeric, coriander, chili powder, cumin, whole garam masala, garam masala powder and saffron for an additional materials fee. Class is demonstration. $35 materials fee or $56 materials fee, spice kit and Tandoori Marinade available.
