Weekend Reservation Fee: $135 Weekday Reservation Fee: $120 Picnic events with groups of 50 or more attendees must submit a picnic event application to the Regional Scheduling Office at regional.scheduling@kingcounty.gov or call 206-477-6150. Not available for rental from Nov 1st - Mar 31st. Picnic shelter is closed 2-3 p.m. between rental groups. If you rent 9-2 p.m. and 3-8 p.m. on the same day, you may stay during the 2-3 p.m. period.
Picnic Event Application
If your event includes any of the following, your event may not be booked online and a Picnic Event Application must be submitted to the Regional Scheduling Office at regional.scheduling@kingcounty.gov. • Over 50 people • Request for bounce house or inflatable. • Infrastructure being brought in (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) • Amplified sound request • Catering or other vendors • Sales of tickets, food, or items • Advertised and open to the public (word of mouth, media advertising, posting of event flyers, etc.)

King County Parks Facility Cancellation Policy

*Note: Facility bookings/rentals may be cancelled at any time; however, patrons will be charged a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking/rental fee if insufficient notice is given to King County Parks.

For cancellations made within 14 business days from the date the reservation was made, patrons will be refunded 100% of their rental fee, damage deposit and extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 90 day or more in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 50% of your rental fee plus 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 89 days or fewer in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.
