Reservations for Marymoor Park, including ballfields and picnic areas, are available via telephone at 206-477-7275 or email at marymoorrentals@kingcounty.gov. To learn more about field reservations, click here.

Reservations for all other parks, including camping, ballfields, and picnic areas: contact the Regional Scheduling Office at 206-477-6150 or send email to regional.scheduling@kingcounty.gov.

Reservations for King County Aquatic Center are made via phone at 206-477-3309.

King County Parks Facility Cancellation Policy

*Note: Facility bookings/rentals may be cancelled at any time; however, patrons will be charged a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking/rental fee if insufficient notice is given to King County Parks.

For cancellations made within 14 business days from the date the reservation was made, patrons will be refunded 100% of their rental fee, damage deposit and extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 90 day or more in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 50% of your rental fee plus 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 89 days or fewer in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.
