If your event includes any of the following, your event may not be booked online and a Picnic Event Application must be submitted to the Regional Scheduling Office at regional.scheduling@kingcounty.gov. • Over 50 people • Request for bounce house or inflatable. • Infrastructure being brought in (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) • Amplified sound request • Catering or other vendors • Sales of tickets, food, or items • Advertised and open to the public (word of mouth, media advertising, posting of event flyers, etc.)

This image cannot be displayed.Renovated in 1995, this charming historic Dutch Colonial barn serves as a picnic shelter popular for corporate or family events and outdoor weddings. Adjacent to parking and service drop-off areas, it is an easily accessible location for large gatherings. Adjacent grassy meadow is available for additional seating. Play area nearby. Weekend Reservation Fee: $135 Weekday Reservation Fee: $120 Wedding Reservations: $350 per booking period plus additional fees Please contact us for more information about weddings or large events before proceeding. Events with groups of 50 or more attendees must submit a picnic event application to the Regional Scheduling Office at regional.scheduling@kingcounty.gov or call 206-477-6150. Picnic shelter is closed 2-3 p.m. between rental groups. If you rent 9-2 p.m. and 3-8 p.m. on the same day, you may stay during the 2-3 p.m. period.

King County Parks Facility Cancellation Policy

*Note: Facility bookings/rentals may be cancelled at any time; however, patrons will be charged a cancellation fee up to 100% of the booking/rental fee if insufficient notice is given to King County Parks.

For cancellations made within 14 business days from the date the reservation was made, patrons will be refunded 100% of their rental fee, damage deposit and extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 90 day or more in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 50% of your rental fee plus 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.

For cancellations made 89 days or fewer in advance of booking date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental fee will be assessed. You will be refunded 100% of the damage deposit and any extra rental fees.
