General Gazebo Rental Information:

• Log into your account or create an account if you do not already have one.
• Parks can only be reserved on Saturdays and Sundays, no more than 90 days in advance and no less than 7 days in advance.
• Alcohol and amplified music are not allowed as part of a Gazebo Rental.
• The City allows the use of bounce houses in conjunction with a gazebo rental and a Bounce House Permit only at Concourse, El Toro, Mountain View, Pittsford, and Rimgate Parks. A Bounce House Permit Application is required, and a Pre-Approved Bounce Vendor must be used.
• To obtain a Bounce House Permit Application and view a list of pre-approved vendors go to: Bounce House Permit Application.
• A Bounce House Permit must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to be approved and park users must reserve the gazebo at the desired park.
• Only one reservation per weekend day, per park is available.
• Gazebo rental cost for El Toro, Mountainview, Serrano Creek, Rimgate, Pittsford and Concourse Parks is $50. Baker Ranch and the Lake Forest Sports Park Gazebos cost $100 to rent(residents only).
• All reservations are set for 8:00am - 5:00pm and are for parties of 50 or less people.
• Pick a date, pick a park, make a reservation and pay.

Note: Beginning Monday, August 19, 2019 online Picnic Gazebo reservations will be charged an additional non-refundable 3.12% credit card convenience fee.
