Tennis Dec-Jan Leagues - Adult - Permanent Sub - WINTER

This is for the WINTER season (December 2024 & January 2025). If you were a registered temp sub for the Fall 2024 season you will have to register again for this Winter session. This registration page is for players who are joining a league team as a permanent sub to fill in when a player on a singles or doubles or mixed doubles league team cannot make it. You must already have a team and mind that you have talked to already to do this registration. Only one(1) permanent sub is allowed per team (singles or doubles or mixed doubles team). When this designated permanent sub plays on the team, that team will receive full points for that match. There is a separate registration page for players wanting to sign-up to sub when players can't make it (temporary sub). This page is only for those players that already have a team. Please note this registration fee paid is non-refundable and not transferable.
