(Age 7-14) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a wildly popular, fun and effective grappling-based self-defense and sport martial art style; utilizing the principles of leverage, balance, and timing. Classes are taught by Foster BJJ black belt and USJA Judo black belt, Jestyn Cumming.
