Adult Ballroom Dance - Waltz

Beginner Waltz - There's nothing more elegant! The waltz started out as a country folk dance in the 1600s. When introduced into English ballrooms in the early 1800s, it was denounced as vulgar because the man held a lady so close to his body in public. Of course, that was also what made it so appealing. We will cover the 6 - 8 most important figures to prepare you to look great at any wedding, reunion, or social dance.

For all classes, you must have clean, dry shoes on the dance floor. Partners are preferred though not required. All classes are taught to American International Dance Association syllabi.
