In California, Cabernet Sauvignon is king. This educational seminar will include stops in Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, and more. Join us in the Prairie Fire wine bar at Union South to sample these unique wines and learn more about them from our knowledgeable sommelier. Your course fee also includes a sampling of light appetizers that will complement the wines.
