The ability to improve your balance and reduce fall risks is in your hands. And it is never too late. This workshop will teach you why our risk for falling increases as we age, as well as exercises and strategies we can use to reduce those risks. This workshop is lead by Mia Bremer a fitness specialist who specializes in older adult fitness.
