Description

Enjoy the longer hours of summer sunlight while connecting to earth, sky, and self along the Mississippi River.

Forest Bathing is a research-based, immersive practice of slowing down and opening our senses to the natural world around us. With this practice we can develop a deeper relationship with ourselves, the more-than-human-world, and other humans.

Mel, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, will guide this experience with thoughtful invitations to help you slow down and explore the world around you, followed by opportunities to share our experiences with one another.
