Please joing us at Rockwood for the opening reception of the photographs of Edward Bringhurst V (1884-1939). The talents and unique point of view of this queer photographer of early Wilmington are just beginning to be understood and this is the first critical look at a lifetime of image making. This afternoon opening reception is a family friendly introduction into Bringhurst's unique view of Rockwood, travel, friendships and the ways that the new medium of photography was bring used to explore identity. Snacks, beverages and a scavenger hunt included. The exhibition is on view through August 31, 2025. Reservations suggested. (No max)
