Refund Policy

A $5 service charge will be applied to each class being cancelled if received before a program begins. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is received after the 2nd class has met. Prorated refunds may be issued if accompanied by a signed note from a physician. The refund will be determined once the note is received. Refunds of 100% will be made if the park district cancels a program. No refunds for special events.

Swim Lesson Make-Up and Late Registration policy: Only one (1) class can be made up within said session and must be done before the last week of class. Sign in at the pool desk. First come first serve as space allows. No prorates or make ups are given for late registrations. Individual lesson absences must be phoned in to aquatic staff.

Email Notification: You’ll receive an email if a spot opens up for any waitlists you’re on.
Credit Card: It’s recommended to have a credit card on file to secure your spot if an opening becomes available.
Response Time: You have 24 business hours to respond to the email with your decision (yes or no) before we move on to the next person on the waitlist.
