Join us for our Beginning Yoga classes for anyone 55 and older. Gain flexibility, strength, balance, and mental calmness all at once at your own pace. Our poses will have multiple modifications for everyone to feel strong and successful.

Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat!
