Join us for our NEW Chair Yoga class for anyone 55 and older! Chair yoga is a great way for older adults to get the healthy benefits of doing yoga. This class is designed to make yoga more inclusive and accessible for seniors. Benefits may include regaining flexibility in their joints, connective tissues, muscles, relieve stress and improve your strength and balance.
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat!
