Literary Arts - Writing Through Grief

Writing can be used as a powerful tool to process grief. This class offers the opportunity to explore loss through story and connect with other grievers in a kind and supportive group setting. Through guided writing prompts, poetry, letter writing, and journaling, we will carve out time to focus on nurturing our personal voice. All are welcome, no writing experience necessary.
