Mindfulness meditation has many benefits and is one of the easiest forms of meditation to practice.


Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of the present moment. Having your awareness in the present moment is powerfully relaxing. Imagine being able to stop the “what if’ or the cycle of fret and worry and move yourself into an amazing feeling of peacefulness and tranquility in just a few minutes. Wouldn’t that be awesome?


Mindful Meditation doesn’t take months of practice to feel the benefits. This class will show you how to start your mindful meditation practice and begin to feel the results immediately.
