Session Dates: Fridays, May 5-June 2

Yoga comes to life in these fun and creative parent/caregiver participation classes designed to stimulate a young child's growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, teach toddlers and young children about their growing bodies. Sprinkled with music, picture books and age-appropriate props, we'll spark the child's inner yogi while enhancing language development, motor coordination.

Classes are an equal balance between active and passive poses. In this family yoga class, adults and little yogis gather together to share in the fun and relaxation of yoga. We'll explore practices together that will help build strong family and caretaker connections.

This class is for children ages 12 months to 5 years and their accompanying adults. It is recommended that families with more than one toddler under the age of 2 1/2 please bring an extra adult.

Please bring your own yoga mat(s) for your family if possible. If you don't have mats, they will be provided. Adults and children should wear comfortable, stretchy clothes. No shoes or socks for class please.

15% sibling discount. If using the online registration option, siblings must be enrolled at the same time for the discount to automatically apply.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing for both adults and kid(s). Please no socks and shoes for class. Please bring yoga mats if you have them. Instructor has yoga mats for participants who don't have their own.
