PLEASE CHECK WITH THE NEVADA REAL ESTATE DIVISION FOR SPECIFIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS TO BE LICESNED IN THE STATE OF NEVADA BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS COURSE. THIS COURSE IS FOR THOSE AGENTS ALREADY LICENSED IN OTHER STATE. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS VARY PER STATE.
18 Hours Nevada Real Estate Law. This is a separate course, which meets the educational requirements for those license applicants who have had other educational requirements met with course work in other states and need only take Nevada Real Estate Law. Topics covered: Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 645 and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 645 - Brokers; Salesman; Intermediaries, General Provisions. NRS 119 and NAC 119 - Sale of Subdivided Land. NRS 119A and NAC 119A - Time Shares. Attendance for the 18 Hours of Nevada Law will meet during the total 120 Hour Course Offerings. Sessions run for a total of 5 days.

Students will be required to read the Academy Course Catalog and complete the Academy's 6 page enrollment agreement prior to the start of this course. These documents will be located in the Checklist Items section during registration and under the Course Description in extra details and will also be emailed upon receipt of registration. These documents must be completed and emailed to RESchool@bhhsnv.com along with all receipts indicating proof of tuition / book payment.
