Description
Join the Richardson Urban Naturalist program on this exciting birding walk through Breckinridge Park, led by a bilingual Texas Master Naturalist who is an experienced bird watcher. This walk is a great opportunity to learn about the natural environment and beautiful birds we have right here in Richardson. Class will be led in English and Spanish. If a parent or guardian is registered, children under 18 are free. Children 12+ can attend without a parent but must be registered.
MEETING SPOT: Please meet at the west side of the park at the south parking lot near 3501 Moroney Dr.
LIMITATIONS: This walk will be on unpaved trails and may require slight crouching at times in order to reach the more natural areas of the park where bird tend to frequent. No drinking fountains or restrooms are available in the areas where this walk takes place, so plan accordingly. Feel free to bring water bottles, snacks, notebooks, binoculars or cameras. Long pants and closed-toe sturdy shoes are recommended.

DESCRIPCIÓN: Únase al programa Richardson Urban Naturalist en esta caminata de observación de aves por Breckinridge Park, dirigida por una Texas Master Naturalist bilingüe que es un observador de aves experimentado. Esta caminata es una gran oportunidad para aprender sobre el entorno natural y las hermosas aves que tenemos aquí en Richardson. La clase se impartirá en inglés y español. Si está registrado un padre o tutor, los niños menores de 18 años entran gratis.
LUGAR DE ENCUENTRO: Reúnase en el lado oeste del parque en el estacionamiento sur cerca de 3501 Moroney Dr.
LIMITACIONES: Esta caminata se realizará por senderos sin pavimentar y puede requerir que se agache un poco en ocasiones para llegar a las áreas más naturales del parque donde las aves tienden a frecuentar.
