Week 7 | Rising Stars Dive Camp

Take the leap and discover the excitement of springboard diving! The Rising Stars Diving Camp is designed for beginner divers eager to build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun in a supportive team environment. Led by Head Coach Jean Luc Miralda, campers will develop strong fundamentals, improve body awareness, and gain courage on the boards through expert coaching, engaging drills, and plenty of time in the water

Whether your future diver is mastering jumps, perfecting tuck dives, or just diving in, head-first, for the first time, this camp is the perfect place to grow, make new friends, and love the sport. Join us at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center for an unforgettable experience where young athletes take their first leap toward becoming rising stars!

Tentative Schedule:

• 3:00 PM | Stretching time
• 3:10 PM | Dryland and Drill Work
• 3:45 PM | Water Time!
• 5:00 PM | Pick up!
