Leadership through Dance

Leadership through Dance is a leadership development program focused on helping adolescent youth develop self-confidence, teamwork and leadership skills through a creative dance-based curriculum. Our goals for the program include: Experiencing different styles of dance such as contemporary and hip hop; Learning how to express themselves through music and dance, just as they are; Collaborating together to choreograph and produce a video-based dance showcase, which will be celebrated in a virtual viewing party with parents a week after the program is completed; Having invaluable discussions and activities along the way that will give our kids the tools and foundation needed for becoming our future leaders.
