The Xtreme Checking Clinic is designed to focus on basic skills and techniques necessary to build contact confidence for all levels of Hockey. Expert training to teach stability & awareness. Learn the proper technique for delivering and taking a body check. Instruction will be conducted on ice. Full gear for this clinic is required.
