Description: This program is designed for brand-new Adult Hockey Players (16 & Up) and skaters who have taken a break from the game, are looking to get back on the ice or involved in a League, and looking for a fun and welcoming environment.
Skaters will participate in a mixture of station-based drills, followed by controlled scrimmages that simulate league play, allowing them to progress at a faster pace. Each station emphasizes a different skill that helps with skating, stick handling, and more. Controlled scrimmages will be phased-in by means of small area games, allowing skaters to test their skills.
