Catalog description: Our Nutrition Coaching Program offers comprehensive support to help participants achieve sustainable, long-term behavior changes. This program includes unlimited text messaging access to a dedicated nutrition coach, as well as a weekly 30-minute check-in, available in person or virtually. Each participant will receive personalized nutrition resources tailored to their individual needs and goals. The program is designed to be completed in approximately three months; however, the duration may vary based on personal objectives. This is a recurring monthly membership, with automatic billing on the original date of purchase each month. While there is no long-term contract required, cancellations must be submitted at least five business days before the next billing date to avoid charges.
