Description

Ages 6-11. Free drop-in program for those living in the Crestline school boundaries. Enjoy games, sports, playground time and crafts! Program has been modified to meet current CDC guidelines for safety, social distancing and cleanliness.

  • Please read the COVID-19 Protocols before registering.
  • A free lunch is provided by Share through the USDA Summer Lunch Program.
  • After registering you will receive an email form ePACT to fill out your child's participant information form. This form must be filled out prior to attending camp. We partner with the ePACT Network to provide an efficient and secure way to manage participant information.
  • All participants must follow the code of conduct, program rules and protocols.
  • Registrations are first come, first served.
  • Bring a water bottle.
  • Dress appropriately for cooler weather if necessary.
  • Tennis/athletic shoes are required.
  • No age exceptions will be given.
  • Children must bring their own mask to program. See state guidelines.
  • Children must be checked in/out each day by an adult.
  • Program guidelines are subject to change.

Inclusion Notes

  • In order to provide an appropriate accommodation/modification, the ePACT information must be completed a minimum of 10 days prior to the first day of the program.
  • A general program may be adapted using a reasonable accommodation/modification using auxiliary aids and/or services, but the basic structure of the program remains the same.
  • Accommodations/ modifications are made as needed and can be flexible, as well as creative.
  • In response to COVID-19 and due to the need to maintain physical distancing, there are some accommodations/modifications that cannot be safely provided at this time, including:
    • 1 to 1 Inclusion Mentor support
    • Close contact behavioral support
    • Alternate activity options
  • Personal care not provided by program staff.
