CCDET IV

The dedicated CHC course (CCDET IV) is 4 hours in length and includes both classroom and hands-on instruction. The hands-on component includes simulation/testing of typical watercraft engines used at CHC facilities using smoke opacity meters that are capable of meeting CHC Regulation requirements. The classroom component provides a detailed overview of the opacity testing procedures, opacity limits, calculation approaches, and repair requirements outlined in the CHC Regulation and Commercial Harbor Craft Test Procedures document.

This class will be held on TUESDAY, March 19th, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, in ITC-113/ITC-113C at Palomar College. The College address is 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069.
