Join Certified Ross Instructor ® Quintin Burlingame as he leads students of all skill levels through the Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet technique ®. In this painting, students will paint a scene of purple mountains, a turquoise sky, and red plant life on a black 12x16 canvas.
