Before completing transactions on our website, you must establish a Customer Account with a Login Name and Password.
This is how you create an online Customer Account:
1) Select the Create an Account link.
*On computers, it will be at the top right of the screen.
*On mobile devices, open the menu at the top left of the screen.
2) Enter the email address you would like associated with your account, then select the Next button.
3) Complete each page of the Sign Up form, including all required fields, then select Submit. Please submit your request only once.
4) You will automatically receive an email after submitting your request for an account. Your account will be activated only after you have responded by clicking on the link provided in the email.
My Account | How can I update my payment information?
You must have a Customer Account with login credentials established to access your account information online.
Once you have a Customer Account, please follow the steps below to access your online account:
1) Select the Sign In link.
2) You will log in with the email address associated with your account. If you have not set up your password or have forgotten it, please select the Forgot Your Password? link to set/reset your password.
3) After logging in you should see your Account Options page. If not, you can select the My Account link to get there.
4) Select the Saved Credit Cards link to view, add, remove, or edit saved credit cards for your account.
5) Select the Change Auto-Charge Payments link to view all payment plans on your account. For automatic payment plans, you can view and edit the credit card that will be automatically charged on the payment plan due date.
My Account | How can I view and sign waivers?
You must have a Customer Account with login credentials established to access your account information online.
Once you have a Customer Account, please follow the steps below to access your online account:
1) Select the Sign In link.
2) You will log in with the email address associated with your account. If you have not set up your password or have forgotten it, please select the Forgot Your Password? link to set/reset your password.
3) After logging in you should see your Account Options page. If not, you can select the My Account link to get there.
4) Once you are on the Account Options page, select the Waivers link to view a history of all transaction waivers. You can use the filters to refine your search.
5) The waiver status and due date will be highlighted at the top of each waiver. You can select the waiver name to view the waiver text. You can also select the receipt number to view receipt details for the linked waiver.
6) To sign an incomplete waiver, click on the checkbox next to Agree to Waiver, then select Submit.
My Account | What should I do if I forget my password?
Follow the steps below to reset your password:
1) When you are prompted to sign in, select the Forgot Your Password link.
2) Enter the email address you used to create your account and select the Request Reset Password button.
3) You will receive an email to reset your password. When you receive this email, please select the Reset Password button.
4) You will be taken to a page where you can enter your new password. Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, please select the Set New Password button to complete the process.
If after completing this procedure you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact our office during regular business hours and a member of our staff will assist you.
*Please do not create a new Customer Account.*
My Account | How can I view my transaction history and print past receipts?
You must have a Customer Account with login credentials established to access your account information online.
Once you have a Customer Account, please follow the steps below to access your online account:
1) Select the Sign In link.
2) You will log in with the email address associated with your account. If you have not set up your password or have forgotten it, please select the Forgot Your Password? link to set/reset your password.
3) After logging in you should see your Account Options page. If not, you can select the My Account link to get there.
4) Once you are on the Account Options page, select the Transaction and Payment History link to view prior transactions and receipts.
Online Orders | How do I place an order for an event at WestWorld?
You will need a Customer Account to submit an online order. If you do not have a Customer Account, please view the FAQ article "My Account | How do I create my Customer Account?" for more information.
1) From the site menu, select Online Feed and Bedding Orders.
2) A list of current and upcoming events will be listed. If needed, you can use the search bar to filter the results.
3) Select the name of the event you want to place an order for. You will be taken to a detail screen with more information on the event.
*NOTE: Online orders will only be accepted during the Registration Dates listed on the event detail screen.
4) Select the Enroll Now button.
*NOTE: If you are not already signed-in, you will be prompted to sign in to your online account. Enter your login email and password.
5) Select the individual you are submitting an order for, then complete the enrollment details.
6) Under Merchandise, select the items you wish to order and update their quantity. When all items have been added, select Add to Cart.
*NOTE: To select an item, you must select the checkmark to the left of the item. When an item has been selected, the checkmark will turn blue. The quantity will default to 0, so you must enter the quantity for all selected items.
7) Review the Shopping Cart to confirm your order details are correct. Select Check out when you are ready to pay.
*NOTE: You can expand the order to view details and to edit or delete your order.
8) Enter your credit card information and confirm your billing address is correct.
*Please Note: The billing name and address must match those that are on file with your credit card company. If the address shown is not your credit card billing address, select the Update billing address link and make the necessary changes.
9) Select the Pay button. Once your payment has been approved, your receipt will display. Please print a copy of your receipt for your records.
Reservation Requests | How do I submit an online reservation request?
You will need a Customer Account to submit a reservation request. If you do not have a Customer Account, please view the FAQ article "My Account | How do I create my Customer Account?" for more information.
1) From the site menu, select Reservations.
2) All reservation request types will be listed at the bottom of the page. There is no need to use the Resource search.
3) Select the name of the request type you wish to make. You will be taken to a detail page with more information on the request type.
4) Select the Event type, adjust the Number of attendees, and select your check-in and check-out dates. When all fields have been completed, select the Proceed button.
*NOTE: If you are not already signed-in, you will be prompted to sign in to your online account. Enter your login email and password.
5) On the Reservation form, enter your Event name, complete all Custom questions, and agree to any Waivers.
6) Once all required information is entered, select the Add to cart button.
7) Review the Shopping Cart to confirm your order details are correct. Select Check out when you are ready to pay.
