Family Whole Health Challenge In Partnership With WCU

Family Whole Health is an eight-week program providing health, wellness, and nutrition resources to help your family live a healthy and whole life. Participants will explore the many factors of health with trained experts and educators, including healthy behaviors, good eating habits, movement, managing stress and getting better sleep. Join the YMCA, in partnership with West Chester University, for this special Whole Health Family Challenge. You will be guided by experts in the areas of health, wellness, and nutrition. This program meets weekly on Wednesdays either online or at the Oscar Lasko YMCA in downtown West Chester, PA. Enrollment is limited.
