Description

The YMCA of Honolulu's Atherton Branch is proud to offer 21st Century Community Learning Centers and UPLINK programming at Stevenson Middle School. This is a free program open to students attending each school or living in the immediate area. This program establishes or expands community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities along with activities designed to complement the students’ regular academic program. Community learning centers also offer families of these students literacy and related educational development. Each school will provide free snacks, a math and language arts tutor, physical activity, and specialized enrichment specific to the school's vision. Program includes snack, math and language arts tutoring, physical activity, college planning, career exploration, E-Sports, and other enrichment clubs.
